The Undergarden
81 quests, with the items each asks for and where they come from in All the Mods 10.
- The Undergarden (Making the Portal)
Getting to the Undergarden is similar to getting to The Nether. You'll need to craft a Portal. It is the same shape and size as Nether Portals but instead of Obsidian you'll need a varient of Stone Bricks. Stone Bricks, Mossy Stone Bricks, or Deepslate Bricks. Once formed, you can activate it by using the Catalyst on it.
Asks for:Catalyst
- Welcome to the Undergarden!
The Undergarden Dimension is full of diverse and disgusting Biomes full of plenty of Vegetation, Mobs: friendly and unfriendly, and of course Ores and Items. Hope you're ready for a fight!
Needs: The Undergarden - Catacombs
Catacombs are massive underground structures made of Depthrock Bricks. They might have a part sticking out of the ground you can find. Within the huge maze lies Forgottens, hidden Chests, and the boss: Forgotten Guardian. Hope you're prepared for it!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Wigglewood Forest
Wigglewood Forests are forests like all others. Just these Trees like to go as they please.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Blood Mushroom Bog
The Blood Mushroom Bog is home to the giant Blood Mushrooms. Blood makes me uneasy so I think I'll keep this description short.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Icy Sea
Another Sea, just this one is much colder.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Underbeans
Eat em raw, roast them, put them on a Stick. What can't you do with Underbeans!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Underbeans
- Indigo Mushroom Bog
Indigo Mushroom Bog is much more filled Bog than the Blood Mushroom Bog. Of course it has Indigo Mushrooms but also Mini Smogstem Trees and ponds of Virulent Mix. I wonder what it does...
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Nargoyle
Nargoyles are nasty and hostile Mobs that spawn underground. They have 7 and a half Hearts and will relentlessly try to kill you. They drop nothing and just serve as an obstacle for those trying to peacefully mine.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Frosty Smogstem Forest
Near Frostfields you may find Frosty Smogstem Forests. These are just like Frostfields just with Smogstem Trees!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Veil Mushroom
Veiled Mushrooms can only be found in their Bog. They have Brown Caps which if there is Air below it, it will spawn Mushroom Veils. Hence the name!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Veiled Mushroom
- Forgotten Guardian
The Forgotten Guardian is a massive Golem made of Forgotten Ingots. It'll target the Player and will do whatever needed to kill them. They have 80 Hearts and if you can kill them they will drop Forgotten Nuggets.
Needs: Catacombs - Slingshot
Slingshot is a very fun weapon added by Undergarden. It has 4 Ammo that can be shot: Scintling Goo can be fired and when it hits a Mob it'll give them the Gooey Effect. Depthrocks are just normal projectiles. Rotten Blisterberries will blow up on impact. And Gronglets don't do any damage they just make noise and get shot!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Slingshot
- Brutes
Brutes spawn in a few Biomes and are Neutral. If hit, all in the area will attack you. Similar to Wolves or Zombified Piglins. On death they might drop their Tusks, which can act as a replacement for Bones!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Forgotten
Forgottens are warriors that spawn within the Catacomb Structure. They wear Ancient Armor and hold Cloggrum Tools, all which can be dropped upon death. They will also target and kill Rot Mobs.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Dense Forest
Some people hate exploring many different Biomes to get all the different Tree Saplings. Clearly the Undergarden Dev did, so he put most of them in the Dense Forest!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Dweller
Dwellers are the Cows of Undergarden. They are Passive and will drop Leather and Dweller Meat on death. Thank God they can't be milked, I don't want any milk these Dwellers make.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Greater Dweller
Greater Dwellers spawn below Y Level 0. You'll need a Forgotten Pickaxe or Allthemodium Pickaxe to Mine the Dreadrock in the way. Greater Dwellers have evolved differently from their lesser family members, the Depths are dangerous, they needed to become bigger and stronger! They now have a bigger size with 100 Hearts. They will also be Neutral instead of Passive. Like Zombified Piglins, if one gets Hit, all will Attack.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Dead Sea
Picture the Ancient Sea. Okay now remove all Kelp from it and remove all Gwibs and Gwiblings. That is the Dead Sea for you!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Rotbelcher
A new Rot Mob? The Rotbelcher has 17 and a half Hearts and 4 Armor Points. If near you they will swing their Arms at you. If you are a little farther they will spit at you. They need some mouthwash if their spit is that nasty.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Frostfields
Frostfields are one of the cold Biomes in the Undergarden. You can tell it is cold by the massive icesicles, Powdered Snow, and Frozen Deepturf! Also here instead of the usual Depthrock underground you will find Shiverstone. Shiverstone acts more like Ice than real Stone. Well atleast when standing on it!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Gloomgourd
Gloomgourds spawn and farm like Pumpkins. Also like Pumpkins they can be made into Pie or even Jack-O-Lanterns! Unlike Pumpkins they can be made into explosives...
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Gloomgourd
- Rotling
The smallest and weakest of the Rot Mobs. These have 5 Hearts. Like all Rot Mobs they will target Stoneborns and Forgottens and will drop Utheric Shards.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Ink Mushroom Bog
A purple Bog! These have Ink Mushrooms and Virulent Mix all over!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Denizen
Denizens Spawn in the Depths, which are below Y Level 0. You'll need a Forgotten Pickaxe or similar Tier to Mine down there. Denizens look strangely and grossly human, they wear Mysterious Masks, and will hold either a Spear or Wooden Axe. Denizens come in short and round size and tall and skinny size. But all of them have 10 Hearts. They don't have any Drops besides maybe their Weapon.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Grongle Sapling
Grongle Trees are tall Jungle like Trees that only spawn in Gronglegrowth Biomes! These Trees are also where Gronglets spawn on.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Grongle Sapling
- S'Mog
Is that Smogvent moving? No wait it's just a S'Mog! The close cousin of the Mog! They act exactly like Mogs just these might drop Blue Mogmoss.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Denizen Mask
Denizen Camps can be found within the Depths. You'll need to mine below Y Level 0 past the Dreadrock. Dreadrock needs a Forgotten Pickaxe to be Mined. That is the same Tier as the Allthemodium Pickaxe. Here a bunch of Denizens will spawn, plus Mysterious Totems and Chests! Rarely a Chest might spawn a Mysterious Mask, the same the Denizens wear. Wearing a Mysterious Mask near Denizens is like wearing Gold in front of Piglins. They will be Neutral unless someone is hit (or something is done to aggravate them).
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Mysterious Mask
- Ancient Sea
Ancient Seas are wide open Seas in the Undergarden. Somehow even with the amount of pollutants the Water is safe to drink. The Water also holds Gwibs and Gwiblings. And can't forget Glitterkelp!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Barren Abyss
The Barren Abyss is as the name suggests, barren... It holds nothing but Hostile Mobs and Pebbles. Personally I'd rather find Pebbles anywhere else...
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Rotwalker
The medium sized Rot Mob, the Rotwalker. They have 20 Hearts. Like all Rot Mobs they will target Stoneborns and Forgottens and will drop Utheric Shards.

Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Regalium Crystal

Cloggrum is the Iron of the Undergarden. It is found everywhere and is used in a dozen different recipes. Heck even some Mobs drop it!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Cloggrum Ingot
- Cloggrum Armor
Cloggrum has stats a little worse than Iron Armor, but it pratically grows on Trees so I think that's fair. The Boots also help with going through Scintling Goo!
Needs: CloggrumAsks for:Cloggrum Boots,
Cloggrum Chestplate,
Cloggrum Helmet,
Cloggrum Leggings
- Cloggrum Tools
Cloggrum Tools act just like Iron Tools, these just look more like Mud than Iron does! The Sword does more damage than an Iron Sword though.
Needs: CloggrumAsks for:Cloggrum Axe,
Cloggrum Hoe,
Cloggrum Pickaxe,
Cloggrum Shovel,
Cloggrum Sword
- Cloggrum Weapons
Normal Tools just won't suffice especially when handling the dangerous Mobs in the Undergarden. We can craft the Cloggrum Shield which acts like a normal Shield. But we will need to get the Battleaxe as a rare drop from Forgottens.
Needs: CloggrumAsks for:Cloggrum Battleaxe,
Cloggrum Shield
- Glitterkelp
Glitterkelp grows in Ancient and Icy Seas. They don't do much but Glow and can be crafted into Pie!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Glitterkelp
- Smogstem Forest
Smogstem Forest is a neighboring Biome to Indigo Mushroom Bogs. Of course it is also Blue and has Indigo Mushrooms in it! Just has bigger Smogstem Trees!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Droopvine Item
Droopfruit can spawn pretty much in any Biome just look up! They spawn on the roof of most Biomes and will grow similar to Glowberries.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Droopfruit
- Ancient Armor
Ancient Armor is what's worn by Forgottens, and is where you can get it from. There isn't any Ancient Boots though, apparently Forgottens don't have feet.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!, ForgottenAsks for:Ancient Chestplate,
Ancient Helmet,
Ancient Leggings
- Indigo Mushroom
Indigo Mushrooms are apparently bestfriends with Smogstem and will spawn mainly with them!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Indigo Mushroom
- Stoneborn
Stoneborns are the perfect mix of Villagers and Iron Golems. You can trade with them by Right Clicking them. And they will fight off Hostile Mobs (or Players who hit them).
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Forgotten Fields
Forgotten Fields are the Plains of the Undergarden. They don't have Trees but they have plenty of Rocks, Flowers, and Mobs! They do not spawn Forgottens though, yeah sorry to ruin your enthusiasm.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Scintling
Scintlings are little innocent Slugs found everywhere in the Undergarden. They act like Snow Golems as in they leave a trail wherever they walk. Just this one is more Gooey... On death they drop Scintling Goo, but you can just farm it from their trails, so why kill them!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Forgotten
Forgotten Ingots need to be obtained through the Catacombs; whether it be looting the Chests or killing the Forgotten Guardian. You'll also need a Smithing Template which is found in Catacomb Chests.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Forgotten Ingot
- Ultimate Weapon!
Upgrade your Cloggrum Battleaxe to make the greatest weapon Undergarden can give!
Needs: ForgottenAsks for:Forgotten Battleaxe
- Crumbling Catalyst
If you want to get home to the Overworld but can't find your original Portal, don't worry there is a way! With 4 Depthrock, 4 Cloggrum Ingots, and a Forgotten Nugget you can Craft the Crumbling Catalyst. The Crumbling Catalyst works just like the normal Catalyst in activating a Portal.
Needs: ForgottenAsks for:Crumbling Catalyst
- Smog Spires
The Smog Spires are... yep you guessed it! Where all the Smog comes from! Well not all, we can't discredit the Mogs and S'mogs. Here you will find Blisterberries, Coarse Deepsoil, and Smog Vents. I wouldn't recommend going near them though...
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Wigglewood Sapling
I'm pretty sure the only definition of what a Wigglewood Tree is that it has Wigglewood Logs and Leaves. They seem to grow in any direction, size, and shape. You can find them in Wigglewood Forests and Dense Forests. They have pretty pink Leaves and brown Logs similar to Spruce!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Wigglewood Sapling
- Froststeel
Froststeel spawns in the Frozen Biomes: Frostfields, Frosty Smogstem Forests, and probably Icy Seas. It spawns in Shiverstone which replaces Depthrock in these Biomes. The Shiverstone will act similar to Ice as in it is slippery and slows you down a little. You might also find some Nuggets in Munchers bellies!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Froststeel Ingot
- Froststeel Tools
Similar to Iron Tools just all of these slow down whoever is hit by them. Well besides the Hoe, but do you really care about a simple hoe?
Needs: FroststeelAsks for:Froststeel Axe,
Froststeel Hoe,
Froststeel Pickaxe,
Froststeel Shovel,
Froststeel Sword
- Gwibling
Gwiblings are friendly fish in the Seas. They are smaller than Gwibs and act like Vanilla Fish!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Forgotten Minions
Forgotten Minions aren't spawned like normal Mobs, they need to be created. They are created by placing a Carved Gloomgourd over a Block of Forgotten Ingots. They act similar to Snow Golems, they won't ever attack you and instead shoot at Hostile Mobs. They have 10 Hearts and don't drop anything on death... but like why would you kill them?
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Muncher
Munchers are similar to any other Hostile Mobs in the Undergarden, but this ones drops makes it much more useful! The Muncher can drop Cloggrum and Froststeel Nuggets on death.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Explosives!!!
Rotten Blisterberries can't be thrown but when made into Blisterbombs they can be! You can even go farther and make Boomgourds which will act like TNT that throws Blisterberries everywhere.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Blisterbomb,
Boomgourd
- Gronglets
Gronglets are technically Blocks not Mobs. But I love them too much to not include them! They spawn on Grongle Trees and emit Noise and Light! Definitely perfect for decoration.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Gronglet
- Forgotten Tools
Upgrade Cloggrum Tools with Forgotten Ingots and a Smithing Template. These are the best Tools you can get, they come with Efficiency on them already just for Undergarden Blocks. And the Sword and Axe will deal more damage to all Undergarden Mobs but the Rot Beast and Forgotten Guardian!
Needs: ForgottenAsks for:Forgotten Axe,
Forgotten Hoe,
Forgotten Pickaxe,
Forgotten Shovel,
Forgotten Sword
- Rogdorium
To get Rogdorium we'll need to visit the Depths beneath Y Level 0. For that you'll need a Forgotten Pickaxe or Allthemodium Pickaxe. You'll also need the same Tier Pickaxe to Mine Rogdorium Ore. This Spawns anywhere in the Depths. You can also use a Forgotten or Allthemodium Axe to Mine Rogdoric Ancient Root. These are much more common but will only give a Rogdorium Nugget compared to the full version the Ore gives.
Needs: Forgotten ToolsAsks for:Rogdorium
- Spear
The Spear, the Denizen's weapon of choice... along with the Wooden Axe. You'll need 2 Sticks and Rogdorium to Craft it. It has the same Damage as a Diamond Sword, plus longer Reach! It can also be thrown like a Trident.
Needs: RogdoriumAsks for:Spear
- Denizen Totem
By either Looting a Denizen Camp or Crafting this, we can use the Mysterious Totem! Uhhh... how do we use it? Simply Place it down and every couple of Seconds it will give you Purity for 10 Seconds. Purity will cleanse you from the Rot.
Needs: RogdoriumAsks for:Mysterious Totem
- Infuser
With some Dreadrock, Rogdorium, and a Utheric Cluster, we can make the Infuser! This is a Block we can use to Craft and Infuse certain Items. Right now there isn't too many Recipes but I bet we will see more! The main usage will be to Craft Utheric Crystals and Infuse Armor with Rogdorium. If Armor is Infused with Rogdorium, it will protect you from getting the Rot disease.
Needs: RogdoriumAsks for:Infuser
- Utheric
Utheric Clusters and Shards can be Dropped by multiple different Mobs, especially the Rot Monsters. 9 Shards make 1 Cluster. We will then need to use an Infuser to combine Rogdorium and a Utheric Cluster to Craft Utheric Crystal.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!, InfuserAsks for:Utherium Crystal
- Utherium Armor
Utherium Armor has same stats as Netherite Armor! Without needing a Smithing Template!
Needs: UthericAsks for:Utherium Boots,
Utherium Chestplate,
Utherium Helmet,
Utherium Leggings
- Utheric Tools
Utherium Tools are similar to Diamond Tools but the weapons are more effective to Rot Mobs! You use what they make to do more damage to them! There's probably a dozen of pop culture references I can make with that but I can't think of any...
Needs: UthericAsks for:Utherium Axe,
Utherium Hoe,
Utherium Pickaxe,
Utherium Shovel,
Utherium Sword
- Gronglegrowth
My favorite Biome by far! A giant Green Jungle with huge Gronglegrowth Trees. On those Trees you can find Gronglets!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Blood Mushroom
Blood Mushrooms can be found within their Bogs. They are shaped like Dark Oak Trees and are mostly White with only some blocks having Blood spots on them!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Blood Mushroom
- Sploogie
Sploogies can rarely spawn but when they do they are destined to annoy you. They will shoot spit at you (and make disgusting sucking noises) but if you hit them they will run away; similar to a baby Piglin. They only drop Depthrock Pebbles on death.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Smogstem Sapling
Smogstem Trees are much thicker on their bottom halves, similar to Baobab Trees in real life! They have Blue Leaves with Grey Logs. You can find them in multiple Biomes: Smogstem Forests, Dense Forests, and even in Indigo Mushroom Bogs!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Smogstem Sapling
- Depths
Below Y Level 0 is two Biomes, the Depths is one. In order to get below Y Level 0 you'll need to Mine Dreadrock. To Mine Dreadrock you will need a Forgotten Pickaxe or Allthemodium Pickaxe. Here Greater Dwellers, Denizens, and Rot Monsters will Spawn.
- Blisterberry
Blisterberries spawn in Smog Spires. Because they grow in such a disgusting area some will come Rotten. I don't recommend eating those, maybe they can be useful for something else!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Blisterberry
- Rogdorium Grove
Below Y Level 0 is two Biomes, the Rogdorium Grove is one. In order to get below Y Level 0 you'll need to Mine Dreadrock. To Mine Dreadrock you will need a Forgotten Pickaxe or Allthemodium Pickaxe. A much nicer Biome compared to the Depths. A lot less Monsters and a lot more plant life! Now with Smogstem Trees and plenty of Flowers.
- Rotbeast
The largest and most dangerous Rot Mob. They have 80 Hearts, which I think qualifies as a Boss. Like all Rot Mobs they will target Stoneborns and Forgottens and will drop Utheric Shards.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Gwib
Gwibs are larger and angrier versions of Gwiblings. They don't have any Drops nor can they be placed in Buckets. All they offer is pain!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Ink Mushroom
Yes they can make Black Dye!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!Asks for:Ink Mushroom
- Mog
Is that rock moving? Oh wait that isn't a rock, it's a Mog! Mogs can be bred together with Depthrock Pebbles and on death might drop more Pebbles or Mogmoss! Mogmoss can be used in many different recipes!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Forgotten Vestige
Forgotten Vestiges are tiny ruins of Depthrock Bricks found within the Undergarden. Here are plenty of Pots full of Loot! Just break them!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Mysterious Pots
Wait that's not a normal Pot! Mysterious Pots are living creatures who disguise themselves as Pots. They have 4 Hearts and will run from you when Hit. If they think they are safe from you they will return to their disguise. On Death they can Drop Cloggrum and Froststeel Nuggets and Utheric Shards.
Needs: Forgotten Vestige - Froststeel Armor
Froststeel Armor is slightly worse than Diamond Armor but it also gives big Knockback Resistance. It also gives Speed debuff though, looks like we ain't moving much!
Needs: FroststeelAsks for:Froststeel Boots,
Froststeel Chestplate,
Froststeel Helmet,
Froststeel Leggings
- Warning
In The Undergarden, Rot Mobs: Rotling, Rotwalker, Rotbelcher, and the Rotbeast can infect you with Utherium. It will show up as Red Bars above your Hunger Bars if you catch it. After 4 full Bars red lines will appear on your screen. At 8 Bars the Bars will start shaking to warn you it's getting worse. At 10 Bars all of them will glow and this is when you start taking Damage. Rot will slowly go away on its own unless it is full. You can also get Purity from Mysterious Totems or Eat Rogdorium to get rid of it. Both of these come from the Depths, which Spawn below Y Level 0. You'll need a Forgotten Pickaxe or another Pickaxe of the same Tier like Allthemodium to reach it. The only way to prevent the Rot is by Infusing your Armor with Rogdorium using the Infuser.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Gloomper
Gloompers are technically Passive but they have a defense mechanism against you so I consider them Neutral! When hit they will drop an Effect similar to a Lingering Potion. On death they will drop their Legs (which are very tasty) and possibly Leather. They can also be bred with Gloomgourds!
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden! - Veil Mushroom Bog
I promise this is the last Mushroom Bog! These Mushrooms look pretty normal, their gimmick though is what comes from them! The Veils! Definitely a useful decoration Block.
Needs: Welcome to the Undergarden!
