Cataclysm
109 quests, with the items each asks for and where they come from in All the Mods 10.
- Cataclysm
Cataclsym is a mod which adds new bosses, dungeons, and of course loot! There is no certain pattern of which bosses to kill first, but some are stronger than others, and some give loot that will help against the others. Check out the Eyes to find the specific Structures you'll need to locate!
- Overworld: Land of 3 4 5 bosses
Do I really need to explain the Overworld to you?
Needs: Cataclysm - Amethyst Nest
If you're traveling through a Lush Cave and come across what looks like an Amethyst Cluster, be careful because it might just be an Amethyst Nest instead! That's right! Amethyst Crabs finally found themselves a home fit perfectly for them.
Needs: Overworld: Land of 3 4 5 bosses - Eye see you!
Not all Cataclysm Dungeons are as easy to find as the Cursed Pyramids are. So, a specific Eye might help you find them! Each of the different Eyes will lead you to its set structure; and don't worry, the Eyes rarely break.
Needs: CataclysmAsks for:Ender Eye
- Frosted Prison: Home of the Maledictus
The Frosted Prison is a massive Castle like structure on top and within the Snowy Mountains. Within you will find dozens of cells, armories, and a great room which the Cursed Tombstone lies. You can find plenty of Chests full of Loot, including Black Steel. There's Decorated Pots everywhere for the taking! And of course Mobs enemies to stand in your way: Draugrs and Aptrgangr.
Needs: Overworld: Land of 3 4 5 bosses - Draugrs
Draugrs are similar to Deeplings as they have rankings. The Draugr rankings are: Draugr, Royal Draugr, and Elite Draugr. Normal Draugr have 14 Hearts and carry Black Steel Swords and Axes. These drop Rotten Flesh, Bones, and rarely Black Steel Nuggets. Next in line are Royal Draugr. These have 15 Hearts and carry Black Steel Targes along with the Swords and Axes. They drop the same Items as normal Draugrs. Last is the Elite Draugr. These switch between Black Steel Swords and Crossbows, depending on how far you are from them. They have 16 Hearts and drop, of course, the same loot!
Needs: Frosted Prison: Home of the Maledictus - Eye of Desert
The Eye of Desert will take you to the Cursed Pyramid to fight the Ancient Remnant.
Needs: Eye see you!Asks for:Eye of Desert
- Eye of Storm
The Eye of Storm will take you to the Acropolis to fight Scylla.
Needs: Eye see you!Asks for:Eye of Storm
- End: Land of 1 lonely boss
The Barren Wasteland of the End now has 1 more resident. The other being the Ender Dragon of course!
Needs: Cataclysm - Ruined Citadel: Home of the Ender Guardian
Another structure to cover the barrenness of The End, the Ruined Citadel. The Ruined Citadel is a Palace of Obsidian, Endstone, and Purpur. In the palace you'll find Chests, Shulker Boxes, Shulkers, and even the unique Void Stone! Just be careful of the afformentioned Shulkers, Endermaptera, and Ender Golems.
Needs: End: Land of 1 lonely boss - Ender Guardian
The Ender Guardian is a hulking beast of Endstone, Purpur, and Obsidian that waits within the Void Altar. It has 6,660 Hearts and careful not to get too close or you might be sucked closer to him! He has a ton of attacks and abilities, one being a very simple punch for those who are too close to his personal space, or a slam which will knock you back. If you are farther from him, he might close the gap by charging and knocking into you. Or he might stomp and produce Void Runes to hit you! He can also send Shulker Balls in a row. Also remember when I said he can suck you closer to him? Yeah he does that with a thing called a Void Typhon, which he can also summon at your Feet to get you stuck. After you are there for too long, it will explode, most likely damaging you in the process. When you get him to half Health, his Mask will break revealing his true Head! In anger he will destroy the floor of the arena taking you both to the lower level. Now he will suck you in more, send more Void Runes after you, and attack faster and stronger!
Needs: Ruined Citadel: Home of the Ender Guardian - Gauntlet of Guard
The Gauntlet of the Guard is the drop from the Ender Guardian. When you hold it in either Hand, you can Hold Right Click to bring all Mobs near you, even closer! You can also smack Mobs with it in your Main Hand to deal Damage. Try using the pull mechanic with flying to drop Mobs!
Needs: Ender GuardianAsks for:Gauntlet of Guard
- Eye of Curse
The Eye of Curse will lead you to the Frosted Prison to fight the Maledictus.

The Eye of Abyss will take you to the Sunken City to fight the Leviathan.

The Eye of Flame will take you to the Burning Arena to fight the Ignis.
Needs: Eye see you!Asks for:Eye of Flame
- Sunken City: Home of The Leviathan
Who knows what happened to bring this City under the Water, but clearly it is! You'll easily notice it by the Stone Bricks sticking out of the Water. The first and biggest room is the City Center, the giant dome! This is where the Altar of the Abyss is. Off of the rooms you'll find hallways which lead to other buildings in the City. Prisons holding Coralussus and even Treasure Rooms holding tons of precious Loot! All around the City you will find its inhabitants, the Deeplings.
Needs: Overworld: Land of 3 4 5 bosses - Coralssus
The Coralssus works as a Guard and Steed for the Sunken City. They can be ridden by Deeplings to move quicker and attack together! They have 160 Hearts and basic attacks . Its attacks are just smacking and throwing you. When killed it'll drop Coral Chunks which can be used to make the Abyssal Sacrifice.
Needs: Sunken City: Home of The Leviathan - Abyssal Sacrifice (Waking up The Leviathan)
In order to fight The Leviathan you'll need a sacrifice. The Abyssal Sacrifice to be specific. The most basic Items needed is the Blocks of Ingots and Amethyst which are just Vanilla Items. Then, you'll need a Nautilus Shell and a Heart of the Sea. These are Vanilla Items which are rare to get... unless you kill Deeplings which can drop Nautilus Shells! Heart of the Sea still need to be found Exploring and Looting. You'll also need an Athame which is a weapon used by Deepling Warlocks and Priests and dropped by them on death. The last part gives us a choice, either Crystallized Coral or Coral Chunk. Both are drops from Coral Golem and Coralssus.
Needs: Sunken City: Home of The LeviathanAsks for:Abyssal Sacrifice
- Endermaptera (End Cockroaches)
Endermaptera live around the Ruined Citadel. They have 8 Hearts and only a basic attack of gnawing at you. If they gnaw at you too much they might break their jaws, to which they won't drop on death anymore. So make sure to kill them quickly if you want those Void Jaws!
Needs: Ruined Citadel: Home of the Ender Guardian - Void Scatter Arrows
Void Scatter Arrows are Crafted with a Spectral Arrow and a Void Jaw. They can be shot by any Bow or Crossbow. When they hit any Mob or Block they will break apart. When they break apart, many parts will be thrown around the area, damaging whatever they hit!
Needs: EndermapteraAsks for:Void Scatter Arrow
- Aptrgangr
The Aptrgangr is the mini boss within the Frosted Prison. They have 480 Hearts and will attack you with their giant Axe. They can swing their Axe like normal, or they might smash it on the ground near you. When they do that, lasers will spawn damaging all in their path. They also have a charge attack similar to the Kobolediator! On death they will drop Black Steel Ingots and Nuggets, and Rotten Flesh and Bones.
Needs: Frosted Prison: Home of the Maledictus - Strange Key (Unlocking access to the Maledictus)
I guess the Draugrs really wanted to keep the Cursed Tombstone safe because they Locked it! The Door of Seal, yeah a really creative name, blocks us from getting to it. We'll need a Strange Key to open it. Again, they really want it locked up because they gave the Strange Key to the Aptrgangr. Only the toughest guys in the Frosted Prison who are still alive!
Needs: AptrgangrAsks for:Strange Key
- Nether: Land of 2 bosses
The Dimension known for housing the piglins and blazes and wither skeletons, now houses 2 more bosses to fight!
Needs: Cataclysm - Soul BlackSmith: Home of the Netherite Monstrosity
The Soul BlackSmith resides in the Nether. Don't overlook it thinking it is a Bastion, it's much worse. You can find Gold, Blackstone, and Netherite here. The only hostile Mobs that spawn here is the boss... the Netherite Monstrosity!
Needs: Nether: Land of 2 bosses - Burning Arena: Home of the Ignis
The Burning Arena is a giant Colosseum-esque Arena within the Nether. You'll arrive at the peaceful but hot 1st floor, on the 2nd floor you'll find |gnited Revenants which you'll need to kill for Burning Ashes. Which can then be used on the 3rd floor, in the Altar to summon the Ignis! Oh yeah and if you're looking for Loot, check above the 3rd floor!
Needs: Nether: Land of 2 bosses - Ignited Revenant
The Ignited Revenant stands in our way to kill the Ignis. The Revenant looks and acts like a Blaze, but instead of being Rods, he has Shields! These Shields make him invulnerable to all attacks, you'll need to wait for him to lift them, to attack him! He has 640 Hearts and has 2 attacks: one where he lifts in the air and throws Blaze Rods all around him, and the other where he spins his Shields around as if he was doing Spinjitzu. On death he will drop the Burning Ashes.
Needs: Burning Arena: Home of the Ignis - Ignited Berserker
This one is quite unique in its spawning! After you kill the Ignis, there's a chance Ignited Berserkers will spawn in Nether Fortresses. They are just like Revenants just instead of Shields they have Swords! Their Swords won't protect against damage like the Shields do, instead they deal more damage. They have much less health, at 65 Hearts and will drop Dying Embers when killed. 4 Dying Embers can be Crafted into 1 Burning Ashes.
Needs: Burning Arena: Home of the Ignis - Netherite Monstrosity
The Netherite Monstrosity lives up to his name, he's a beast of Netherite and Lava. He can have up to 9,600 Hearts but when I first met him he was only at around 1,100 Hearts. He will regenerate Hearts when no Player is nearby. He has a few Melee attacks like smacking you with his massive arms and ground pounding on you. He can also throw blocks in the Air causing a Shockwave. If you get farther from him he might charge at you or leap at you. Honestly he looks like he weighs 100 Tons, I wouldn't want him doing either to me! The worst of his attacks are definitely the Ranged ones though... he can shoot Magma Balls at you and where they drop, Lava will spawn. He can also shoot Fireballs from his hands, these will cause Fire Spouts to come out of the ground.
Needs: Soul BlackSmith: Home of the Netherite Monstrosity - Netherite Ministrosity
The Netherite Ministrosity is a Pet given to us by Cataclysm! First, you'll need to Craft a Netherite Effigy. Then, we can kill the Netherite Monstrosity for the Lava Power Cells. Finally, place down the Effigy and feed it a Power Cell to tame him! Once tamed he can be Shift Right Clicked to edit whether he is following, staying, or wandering. You can also Right Click him to open his Inventory, aka cracking open his entire head like a Rock Monster from Lego Power Miners. He has an Inventory of 15 Slots. He also has 960 Hearts and I can't find a way to heal him...
Needs: Netherite MonstrosityAsks for:Lava Power Cell,
Netherite Effigy
- Infernal Forge
The Infernal Forge is a drop from the Netherite Monstrosity and is technically not a weapon, it's a pickaxe! It can be used to mine up to Netherite Tier, so it can mine Allthemodium Ore. When right clicked it will attack in an AOE mode. Pounding the ground hitting everything close by. (It can be enchanted with Sword and Pickaxe enchantments!)
Needs: Netherite MonstrosityAsks for:Infernal Forge
- Acropolis: Home of Scylla
The Acropolis is a giant city in the Clouds above the vast Oceans. (Yet I somehow didn't see it the first time). It is made of Azure Seastone, Prismarine, and Water! Yes, lots and lots and lots of Water! It is based off Greek Architecture, with lots of different floors and gardens and even arenas. All around it will spawn Octohosts, Urchinkin, Cindaria, Hippotamus, and Clawdian! As well as a few very unfortunate Ocean Mobs. Hidden throughout the Architecture you'll find Chests and rare Blocks like Diamond Blocks and Sponges!
Needs: Overworld: Land of 3 4 5 bosses - Hippocamtus
Hippocamtus are powerful Sea Horse warriors who guard Acropolis. They wear lots of Armor and hold a Spear and Shield. They have 85 Hearts and 18 Armor Points. Their Shield will protect from Damage and their Spear will be used to Kill you. They can swing, stab, and even do a special move on you. This move will lock you into place where the Hippocamtus will repeatedly stab you. Like the Cindaria, these will Drop Lacrima.
Needs: Acropolis: Home of Scylla - Urchinkin
Urchinkin are small pests who for some reason live in Acropolis. They have 6 Hearts with no Armor. Thankfully pretty weak. They have a few Attacks, if they are near you they will Hit you. If there is some distance they will roll at you. When they roll, tons of their Spikes will be shot out, doing Damage to anyone they hit! On death they won't Drop anything unique. Besides more Spikes to Damage you, that's all.
Needs: Acropolis: Home of Scylla - Coral Golem
Coral Golems spawn within the Sunken City and in oceans after you have defeated The Leviathan. They are similar to their bigger counterparts: Coralssus but have less Hearts at 110 and can't be ridden by Deeplings. They have more attacks than their counterparts though! Like jumping at you and smashing the ground next to you. And it can smack you. On death they will drop Crystallized Coral Fragments, which can be crafted into Crystallized Coral. Those can be made into the Abyssal Sacrifice.
Needs: Sunken City: Home of The Leviathan - Octohost
The Octohost is actually 2 Mobs working together! To Kill you! It has the Symbiocto which controls the Drowned Host. Symbiocto has 8 Hearts and no Armor. When on its own, it will just Shoot Ink at you. On Death they will Drop Ink Sacs. The Drowned Host acts like a normal Drowned. They have 10 Hearts as well as 2 Armor Points. Drowned Host can Spawn with Armor and Weapons which they can use. When together, they will use their Attacks on you at the same time. The Symbiocto will Shoot you with Ink while the Drowned Host will use Weapons or Fists to Hit you.
Needs: Acropolis: Home of Scylla - Eye of Void
The Eye of Void will take you to the Ruined Citadel to fight the Ender Guardian.
Needs: Eye see you!Asks for:Eye of Void
- Amethyst Crab
The Amethyst Crab lives in the Lush Caves with the Axolotls. It has 1200 Hearts and is initially neutral. That means it won't attack first but it will hit you back. It has a few attacks one being just smacking you with its claws. It can also throw Amethysts at you and burrow under the ground. On death it'll drop its meat and shells. Its meat can be blessed in an Altar of Amethyst to be better. The Shells can be crafted together to make Bloom Stone Pauldrons which have similar stats to Netherite Chestplate but can do similar abilities as the Crab itself.
Needs: Amethyst Nest - Clawdian
The Clawdian is the miniboss of Acropolis. They are huge lobsters who hold an even bigger Axe! They have 2250 Hearts and 12 Armor Points. They like to use their Axe and Feet to Attack you. From swinging their Axe at you to do moderate Damage. To smashing the ground with an Axe to unleash a Shockwave. To stomping on the ground to unleash an even bigger Shockwave and Waves at you! If you get too far they'll charge after you, Breaking Blocks in their way! If you can Kill one, they'll Drop their Claw! Kinda graphic but thankfully it's just fantasy violence!
Needs: Acropolis: Home of Scylla - Chitin Claw
Here's your Crab Claw from the Mob Vote! Just the Crab you need to kill is much bigger... and meaner... The Chitin Claw is a Drop from the Clawdian. When worn you will get increased Block Reach and Entity Reach. So you can place Blocks farther and smack Mobs farther as well!
Needs: ClawdianAsks for:Chitin Claw
- Cindaria
Cindaria are Jellyfish/Human Mobs that protect Acropolis. They are Greenish/Purple-ish and transparent. They have 60 Hearts with no Armor. They also wield what looks like an Umbrella but is actually a deadly Weapon! If you are too close, they'll swing their Weapon to Hit you with it. If you are farther, they will Shoot a Lightning Spear at you. Lightning Spears bounce off Walls, thankfully the Acropolis doesn't have many of those! On Death, the Cindaria will Drop Lacrima.
Needs: Acropolis: Home of Scylla - New Accessories
With new updates we can now find smaller (and slightly less dangerous) Structures from Cataclysm. There's only ones related to the Cursed Pyramid and Frosted Prison for now. All of these Structures have new Accessory Items which only spawn at these Structures. Some are worn on normal Accessory parts, while others will need you to wear this Belt in order to equip them!
Asks for:Belt of Beginner
- Occupied Village
The Occupied Village once was a Desert Village. Now it has been taken over by monsters. Here you'll find a Wadjet, many Koboletons, and trapped Villagers and Iron Golems. Like all Villages the houses have Chests. Just now they have better loot!
Needs: New Accessories - Abandoned Spire
The Abandoned Spire appears to be a Fortress. Similar to the Frosted Prison, just smaller! Draugrs and Aptrgangr will Spawn here. You can find many Chests in different floors and buildings.
Needs: New Accessories - Abandoned Temple
The Abandoned Temple might be where they get the power to keep the undead from just being dead. Here only Draugrs will spawn. You can find some Chests hidden at the top of this Structure!
Needs: New Accessories - Desert Site
Think of a Vanilla Desert Temple, now make it bigger, and make it incomplete. Here Koboletons and a Wadjet Spawn. You'll find some Loot, it is just all behind traps!
Needs: New Accessories - Desert Temple
The Desert Temple (from Cataclysm) is another Structure taken over by the desert. Here we'll find trapped Villagers, Koboletons around it, and a Kobolediator inside. The Chests are behind the Kobolediator and in the towers.
Needs: New Accessories - Abandoned Village
The Abandoned Village is where the Draugrs sleep, eat, and do whatever the undead do! Only Draugrs spawn in this Structure. There are Chests around in the different rooms.
Needs: New Accessories - Sturdy Boots
Sturdy Boots will let you walk over Powdered Snow. That's it.
Needs: Abandoned Spire, Abandoned Village, Abandoned TempleAsks for:Sturdy Boots
- Vitality Ankh
I can't tell you what Nature's Healing is.
Needs: Occupied Village, Desert Temple, Desert SiteAsks for:Vitality Ankh
- Berserker Soul Amulet
This is a give and take situation. While wearing this Amulet you'll do 10% more Damage, but you'll lose 25% of your Armor. I wonder what happens if you aren't wearing Armor then?
Needs: Abandoned Spire, Abandoned Village, Abandoned TempleAsks for:Berserker Soul Amulet
- Ender Golem
The Ender Golem keeps guard of the Ruined Citadel, well multiple of them do. Technically you don't need to fight them to fight the Ender Guardian but you definitely should to get the Void Core. The Ender Golem has 3000 Hearts and will regenerate them when left alone. He has a few attacks like being able to punch you and smashing the ground. When he smashing the ground, Void Runes will spawn, hurting any Player or Mob that touches them.
Needs: Ruined Citadel: Home of the Ender Guardian - Void Core
Void Cores are drops from the Ender Golem! They are weapons, when you Right Click with them, Void Runes will spawn from the ground. Void Runes act like Evoker Fangs, they go in a line for about 10 Blocks in the direction you are using it toward. They do about 3 and a half Hearts of damage for each time they hit a Mob. They also knockback Mobs which Evoker Fangs do not. This can be used in Crafts for even more Cataclysm Weapons!
Needs: Ender GolemAsks for:Void Core
- Deeplings
The Deeplings are an ancient race of sea monsters who live and guard the Sunken City. They have their own rankings: Anglers, Brutes, Priests, and Warlocks. Deeplings are the most basic, only having 13 Hearts and a Coral Spear. Deepling Anglers are the next ones, they have 15 Hearts and hold a Fishing Rod with a Lionfish attached. The Lionfish will attack you and give you Poison, they have 6 Hearts. Deepling Brutes have 60 Hearts and hold a Coral Bardiche, which they will use to charge at you in the Water. Deepling Warlocks and Priests both have 45 Hearts and both hold Athame. The Priests have a ranged attack they can use, while Warlocks do not!
Needs: Sunken City: Home of The Leviathan - Unbreakable Skull
This one is very helpful against Bosses. Some Hits will Stun you, when Stunned you can't move or fight back. This Skull will protect you from that. Once, per cooldown.
Needs: Occupied Village, Desert Temple, Desert SiteAsks for:Unbreakable Skull
- Monstrous Helm
You can combine a Netherite Upgrade Template, a Netherite Helmet, and a Monstrous Horn to make the Monstrous Helm. It has the same stats but when you're at half health it'll Knockback everything close to you and increase defense stats.
Needs: Netherite MonstrosityAsks for:Monstrous Helm
- Cursed Pyramid: Home of Ancient Remnant
The Cursed Pyramid spawns in deserts and it's very hard to miss. A massive pyramid with huge pillars by the entrance. Enter within and you will find traps all around, Koboletons, and mini-bosses! Don't worry there's also Chests, Pots, and even Suspicious Sand which you will need for the...
Needs: Overworld: Land of 3 4 5 bosses - Necklace of the desert (Resurrecting an Ancient Remnant)
To find these we'll need a little archeology! In the giant shaft you'll take to get to the Ancient Remnant, there are 3 rooms on the sides of it. 2 of these rooms have Suspicious Sand which you can use a Brush on to get Loot! Including the Necklace of Desert. Then, Right Click the Ancient Remnant with the Necklace of Desert to resurrect it!
Needs: Cursed Pyramid: Home of Ancient RemnantAsks for:Necklace of the desert
- Kobolediator
Kobolediators are one of the two mini-bosses within the Cursed Pyramid. They will remain dormant until a Player (in Survival, took me awhile to figure that out) walks near them and they will wake up. They have 540 Hearts and will inflict Mining Fatigue on you. They will swing their Sword at you if you get too close! If you gain some distance from them, they will charge at you as if you were holding a Football and running for the endzone! On death they will drop Koboleton Bones, Ancient Metal Ingots, and their Skull!
Needs: Cursed Pyramid: Home of Ancient Remnant - Ancient Remnant
The Ancient Remnant is master of his domain, of Sand. He has 2,700 Hearts and is aided with a Wadjet and a Kobolediator. He has a few moves and attacks! He can swing his bony tail at you, bite you, or he might stomp on the ground, producing Shockwaves. He can also summon Sandstorms with a mighty ROAR and even drop Sand Traps on your head. Another attack he may use to get closer to you is his charge. His charge will hurt you and your FPS as it destroys every Block in his path. He does have a weakness, the very thing that resurrected him! If you hit his Necklace he will be knocked down for a little bit, giving you the perfect chance to strike him down and return him to the grave!
Needs: Necklace of the desert - Bottle O' Sandstorm
Sorry, you can't wear these anymore, now they are just Items! By Right Clicking with them, 2 Sandstorms will spawn. The Sandstorms will circle you and move with you. Whatever is hit by them will be Damaged and Knockbacked.
Needs: Ancient RemnantAsks for:Sandstorm in a Bottle
- Koboletons (Mini Dinos!)
Koboletons are mini Dino Skeletons who serve the Ancient Remnant. They only have 12 and a half Hearts and attack you with their Khopesh. They can drop their weapon, along with their Bones, and Ancient Metal Nuggets.
Needs: Cursed Pyramid: Home of Ancient Remnant - What shall not be named for my crashing reasons
Want another pet from Cataclysm? Then the Remnant Skull is what you need! It's a confirmed drop from the Ancient Remnant and when used will spawn a Modern Revenant. This one is much smaller and nicer than the Ancient one. You can tame it by feeding it a Sniffer Egg then it will act like a dog. Attacking what attacks you or what you attack. It also has 3 modes: follow, wander, and stay. Follow it will... well follow you. Wander will have it walking around a certain area. And stay will have it lay down in one spot. They have 1500 Hearts and I've learned you can feed them Koboleton Bones to heal them! Enjoy your new dino!
Needs: Ancient RemnantAsks for:Remnant's Skull
- Khopesh
The Khopesh is the Weapon and Drop of Koboletons. It does the same damage as an Iron Sword but can't be Enchanted or Repaired. Guess they didn't plan on you using them that much...
Needs: KoboletonsAsks for:Khopesh
- Wadjet
The Wadjet is similar to the Kobolediator as it lies within the Cursed Pyramid waiting for a Player to come near. The Wadjet has 450 Hearts and thankfully won't give you Mining Fatigue! She has many attacks, the most basic is when you are close she will swing her weapon at you. If you get farther she might throw a Sandstorm at you or drop Sand Blocks from the roof on top of you. I'm going to be honest, I don't know which attack is worse! On death they will only drop Ancient Metal Ingots.
Needs: Cursed Pyramid: Home of Ancient Remnant - Ancient Metal
Ancient Metal is a Drop from pretty much everything within the Cursed Pyramid! Like other Ingots it can be Crafted from Nuggets or Blocks and vice versa. You can use it to make Bone Reptile Armor or the Ancient Spear.
Needs: Ancient Remnant, Koboletons, Kobolediator, WadjetAsks for:Ancient Metal Ingot
- Bone Reptile Armor
Bone Reptile Armor is made from Koboleton Bones, Ancient Metal, and for the Helmet a Kobolediator Skull. These don't appear to do anything special, just give very good stats for cheap Armor!
Needs: Kobolediator, Ancient MetalAsks for:Bone Reptile Chestplate,
Bone Reptile Helmet
- Ancient Spear
Wait you're telling me for just a few Ancient Metal we can get a Weapon that does more Damage than a Netherite Sword, has insane Range, and throws Sandstorms!? Yep, that's what you get from the Ancient Spear!
Needs: Ancient MetalAsks for:Ancient Spear
- Maledictus
The Maledictus can be brought back from Valhalla or whatever the Norse version of Hell is, by Right Clicking the Cursed Tombstone. He has 8,400 Hearts and massive Wings. He will swing at you with his 2 Annihilators and can even ground pound you with them, making a Shockwave of course! His Wings allow him to maneuver and do many more attacks. He can charge at you, breaking all Blocks in his way or even dodge attacks! He can fly into the air and from there can either shoot at you with his Cursed Bow or drop down with his Soul Render. The Cursed Bow will shoot 4 Arrows at you. With his Soul Render he will bring a shower of Phantom Halberds down on you.
Needs: Strange Key - Cursium IngotNeeds: MaledictusAsks for:
Cursium Ingot
- The Annihilator
The Annihilator is a very fun weapon made from Cursium and Black Steel. You can smack enemies around with it all day! But you know what's more fun than one Annihilator? Two Annihilators! If you have an Annihilator in each Hand, then you can Hold Right Click to do a powerful ground pound, damaging all around you!
Needs: Cursium IngotAsks for:The Annihilator
- Soul Render
The Soul Render is crafted from Cursium and Black Steel. It being a massive weapon (as most in Cataclysm are) it has big Range and a ton of Damage... but its special effects are even better! You can use Right Click to be sent charging forward with the Soul Render. When you do, Phantom Halberds will drop from the sky where you went! You can also Shift Right Click to spawn Phantom Halberds all around you.
Needs: Cursium IngotAsks for:Soul Render
- Cursed Bow
The Cursed Bow works similar to a Bow with the Multishot Enchantment! With normal Arrows, it will shoot 3 at a time! With special Arrows it will only shoot 2. I wonder if you can Enchant it with Multishot as well?
Needs: Cursium IngotAsks for:Cursed Bow
- Scylla
The tippy top of the massive Acropolis is where the Scylla will spawn. Like the Ender Guardian you just need to be near to Spawn here. She is one of the smallest Bosses in Cataclsym only being around 3 Blocks Tall. As well as right now, she has 8658 Hearts and 12 Armor Points. Her buff was overdue, but was done. Don't let her Size let you underestimate her, she has some of the most Attacks of all Bosses here. She can use her Anchor, Ceraunus, to pull you closer to her from far away, or simply swing it at you to deal a ton of Damage! She can toss Lightning Spears at you from her Back or from Clouds. Even leaping into the Air and Jumping back down to bring Lightning Strikes all around where she Hit. That's not even it! She also has control over Water allowing her to send Waves at you or even summon Water Snakes to Bite you! When slayed, she will Drop the usual Boss Gear, as well as Lacrima and Essence of the Storm. Plus, she also has a chance to drop a Blue Orb on death.
Needs: Acropolis: Home of Scylla - Astrape
With 2 Essence of the Storm and 3 Lacrima we can make Astrape. Astrape is a combination of the Weapons used by the Hippocamtus and Cindaria. It can stab like a Trident, just with more Damage and Range. Plus you can Hold Right Click to send Lightning Spears, just like Cindaria! The Lightning Spears still bounce off Walls! Just now with a Cooldown...
Needs: ScyllaAsks for:Astrape
- Ceraunus
Ceraunus is the Anchor Weapon Scylla herself uses! With just 2 Essence of the Storm and 3 Lacrima we can Craft it! Just in a different order than you would for Astrape. You can swing the Anchor around like a Mace, with a very long delay. Or use it for special attacks! Hold Right Click to toss the Anchor in front of you. When it hits a Mob, it will Damage them and hit them back. You can also Hold Shift Right Click to instead of throwing the Anchor, you throw Waves in an array in front of you!
Needs: ScyllaAsks for:Ceraunus
- Cursed Armor
Cursium Armor is an upgrade to Netherite Armor. Combine Netherite Gear, with a Cursium Ingot, and a Cursium Upgrade Template. You can Craft those don't worry! The Cursium Helmet can be used with the Key: C to see Mobs through Blocks! Like the Spectral Eye. The Cursium Chestplate works as a built in Totem of Undying. After you die you will be saved. It has a 6 minute Cooldown though... The Cursium Leggings are working with probability... not sure how that works in Minecraft though! The Cursium Boots allow you to get sent backwards in a leap with the Key: V. They also reduce Fall Damage but a lot (but not completely!)
Needs: Cursium IngotAsks for:Cursium Boots,
Cursium Chestplate,
Cursium Helmet,
Cursium Leggings
- Ring of Grudged
Whenever you Hit a Mob while falling down you'll deal a Critical Hit. These do a ton more Damage. While wearing this Ring, you'll do even more Damage!
Needs: Abandoned Spire, Abandoned Village, Abandoned TempleAsks for:Ring of Grudged
- The Leviathan
The Leviathan is the reason people fear the Ocean. She has 6,400 Hearts, sharp teeth, and strong tentacles and is invincible outside of Water. She has a huge array of powers she will use against you. She can summon underwater Mines, shoot a Godzilla like Atomic Beam, and even just chomp on you. The worst comes from the vortexs though! And I don't mean the ATM Dev! She can use her tentacles to break open a Water Vortex which will suck in all Entities nearby as bait for her. She can also summon Lasers from vortexs on the Ocean floor which will shoot upward. Once you bring her beneath half Health she will become enraged! When enraged she will use her Lasers much more than before and attack relentlessly until the Oceans only have one being swimming in them.
Needs: Abyssal Sacrifice - Tidal Claws
Tidal Claws are a confirmed drop from The Leviathan. It has two modes, attack and grapple. Attack is with Left Click, Grapple is with Right Click. When you use its attack it will launch the claw and go through max of 5 mobs. Dealing damage and giving Abyssal Curse which will continue to damage them. The grapple instead will latch on to whatever is in range and pull you toward it. There's no durability so enjoy it forever!
Needs: The LeviathanAsks for:Tidal Claws
- Ancient Factory: Home of The Harbinger
The Ancient Factory lies deep underground in the Overworld. You'll find many Redstone Items like Levers, Powered Rails, and EMPs... I wonder if those will be useful soon? You'll also find some Redstone Machines trying to kill you! Like the Watchers and Prowlers! Even with the danger there's still tons of Loot and Blocks you can steal from here, especially Redstone.
Needs: Overworld: Land of 3 4 5 bosses - The Prowler
Looks like someone flipped the ON switch this time! The Prowler is a miniboss guarding the Ancient Factory. He has 640 Hearts. He has 3 attacks. The Saw for close up Enemies. And for farther Enemies he has Shoulder Missiles, similar to the WASW, and a Laser from his eye. On death he'll drop Redstone and Iron. (Tip he's also weak to the EMP attacks)
Needs: Ancient Factory: Home of The Harbinger - The Watchers
The Watchers... well they watch the Ancient Factory. They'll attack anything they see (Player wise) with their 'fricken laser beams!' and Blades if they are close enough. They have 12 and a half Hearts, can fly, and are weak to EMP attacks as well. Like The Prowler they drop redstone and iron on death.
Needs: Ancient Factory: Home of The Harbinger - Eye of Mech
The Eye of Mech will take you to the Ancient Factory to fight The Harbinger.
Needs: Eye see you!Asks for:Eye of Mech
- Nether Star (Powering The Harbinger)
To power up The Harbinger you'll need a Nether Star, which you get from killing the Wither. It's a Vanilla mechanic I shouldn't have to explain. Plus it's in Chapter 1.
Needs: Ancient Factory: Home of The HarbingerAsks for:Nether Star
- The Harbinger
The Harbinger takes a lot of inspiration from what powers him, the Nether Star. He has 4,680 Hearts and will attack every Mob and Player he sees that doesn't spawn in the Ancient Factory. He will fly around and even charge at you. Like The Wither, The Harbringer will break almost every Block in its path. To attack he can shoot Wither Missiles at you which can give you Wither Effect or shoot Wither Howitzers from his back which will shoot off in every direction. He also has Lasers he can shoot you with, Laser Gatlings, and a big mouth beam. He has a big weakness, like the other living machines, he is weak to the EMPs! If you use them on him, he will be stun locked, unable to move or fight for a few seconds.
Needs: Nether Star - Wither plus Netherite = ...? (= Witherite)
Witherite is a drop from The Harbinger, it will always drop 1 block which can be made into 9 ingots. Witherite is used to craft 3 Weapons and the Mechanical Fusion Anvil which can be used to combine Cataclysm Items!
Needs: The HarbingerAsks for:Witherite Ingot
- Meat Shredder (Straight outta Fallout 3 DLC The Pitt)
The Meat Shredder is a Melee weapon you can make from Witherite. It has two attacks, either using Left Click or Right Click. When you Left Click it'll use the Meat Shredder like an Axe, hitting them once from a decent range. When you hit Right Click it will repeatedly shred them with its Saw, doing much quicker Damage from closer.
Needs: Wither plus Netherite = ...?Asks for:Meat Shredder
- W.A.S.W. (Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon)
The Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon (W.A.S.W.) is the last weapon you can make from Witherite. It has 2 different projectiles it can shoot: Wither Missiles and Wither Howitzers. The Wither Missiles shoot from just Holding Right Click, and will Damage whatever gets hit by them, with low cooldown. The Wither Howitzers are fired when you Shift Hold Right Click, they damage a bigger area and leave an area of Wither Effect, that damages whatever walks in it. They have much longer cooldown though.
Needs: Wither plus Netherite = ...?Asks for:Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon
- Laser Gatling (Straight outta Fallout)
The Laser Gatling is a weapon you can make from Witherite. By using Redstone in your inventory, you can shoot Lasers which start fires and do 3 and a half Hearts of damage. It shoots 50 Lasers per 1 redstone which I think is a good deal.
Needs: Wither plus Netherite = ...?Asks for:Laser Gatling
- Mechanical Fusion Anvil
The Mechanical Fusion Anvil will be needed to make combinations of Cataclysm Items. You can place it down like a normal Anvil, but this one doesn't have Durability... thankfully! Check JEI for Recipes, you place 1 Item in the Left Slot and the other in the Middle Slot to get the final product in the Right Slot.
Needs: Wither plus Netherite = ...?Asks for:Mechanical Fusion Anvil
- Brontes
Another Infernal Forge type Weapon. This time needing you to combine the Infernal Forge with Astrape. Brontes is still a Pickaxe, just also a much more powerful Weapon! A Pickaxe with the same Mining Tier. You can hold Right Click with Brontes and release to throw it! This will Hit Mobs and summon Lightning zaps around where it hit. It reminds me a lot of a certain Weapon used in Norse Mythology... I doubt there's any relation though.
Needs: Mechanical Fusion AnvilAsks for:Brontes
- Wrath of the Desert
The Wrath of the Desert is a combination of the Cursed Bow and Sandstorm in a Bottle. This Bow doesn't shoot Arrows like normal, instead it will shoot Cursed Sandstorms! Three of them to be exact! It also doesn't need Arrows to shoot, which is also nice.
Needs: Mechanical Fusion Anvil, Bottle O' Sandstorm, Cursed BowAsks for:Wrath of the Desert
- Gauntlet of Maelstorm
The Gauntlet of Maelstorm is made with the Gauntlet of Guard and Sandstorm in a Bottle in a Mechanical Fusion Anvil. This one is unique from all Weapons I've seen from Cataclysm. When you Hold Right Click, a Void Vortex will spawn where you are aiming. The Void Vortex will suck in all Entities nearby, then after a few seconds, it will close and explode! Dealing Damage to all near it.
Needs: Mechanical Fusion Anvil, Bottle O' Sandstorm, Gauntlet of GuardAsks for:Gauntlet of Maelstrom
- Void Forge
Combine an Infernal Forge with a Void Core to make the Void Forge! It is still a Pickaxe, with same Mining Tier and Speed. Just now we can Right Click with it, on the ground to summon Void Runes in a fan shape, to hurt all Mobs with it. They really don't focus much on the Pickaxe part do they?
Needs: Mechanical Fusion Anvil, Infernal Forge, Void CoreAsks for:Void Forge
- V.A.S.W. (Void Assault Shoulder Weapon)
The Void Assault Shoulder Weapon (V.A.S.W.) is just like the Wither version but better! Now it only shoots Void Howitzers which will do more Damage and cause Void Runes to come out of the ground, in the area the Howitzer hit. Just at the cost of the long cooldown, but we've got time to wait. It can crafted by combining the W.A.S.W. and a Void Core in the Mechanical Infusion Anvil.
Needs: Mechanical Fusion Anvil, W.A.S.W. (Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon), Void CoreAsks for:Void Assault Shoulder Weapon
- Eye of Monstrous
The Eye of Monstrous will take you to the Soul BlackSmith to fight the Netherite Monstrousity.
Needs: Eye see you!Asks for:Eye of Monstrous
- Abyssal Egg
The Abyssal Egg is also a drop from The Leviathan, because apparently you killed a pregnant one. Place the Egg down, then wait awhile and you'll have your own baby Leviathan. Once its hatched you can feed it a ton of Tropical Fish to tame it. The baby has 1200 Hearts and can heal by feeding it Tropical Fish. Once tamed, like the Modern Remnant it can be set with Shift Right Click to follow or stay or wander.
Needs: The LeviathanAsks for:Abyssal Egg
- Here hold this!
There's 3 Pets from Cataclysm the Modern Remnant, Baby Leviathan, and Netherite Ministrosity! Both the Modern Remnant and Netherite Ministrosity can be placed in Buckets. The Baby Leviathan will need a Water Bucket.
Needs: Netherite Ministrosity, Abyssal Egg, What shall not be named for my crashing reasonsAsks for:Bucket
- Burning Ashes (Relighting the Ignis)
Because just fighting the Ignis isn't hard enough, you'll have to fight the Ignited Revenant first to get Burning Ashes. Once you have them, use them on the Altar of Fire to summon the Ignis.
Needs: Burning Arena: Home of the IgnisAsks for:Burning Ashes
- Ignis
Once you use the Burning Ashes on the Alter of Flame you'll get the Ignis. He has 7,200 Hearts and has a massive Sword and Shield. The Shield will block damage you give and the Sword can be used to slice and stab you. Once stabbed, you can't move, you can only attack. He can also pounce on you, when he does, he will slam his Shield down, making a Shockwave which will toss Blocks and you into the Air. He can do the same with his Sword just without the need to pounce. Another attack he has is Fireballs. He will throw 3 Fireballs into the Air, then they will be sent flying toward you! Hit them back at him as if they were a Ghast Fireball. Once you beat his Health to around 4,800 Hearts he will change colors to a Light Blue color. Now he will Attack quicker, deal more Damage, and get Lifesteal. His Fireballs will also not be able to be reflected and he can now make different types of Shockwaves!
Needs: Burning Ashes - Defeat all Cataclysm bossesNeeds: Ender Guardian, Maledictus, The Harbinger, Scylla, Ancient Remnant, Ignis, The Leviathan, Netherite Monstrosity
- Ignitium (Better than Netherite?)
Ignitium is like Netherite but it takes actual skill to get. The Ignis will only drop 1 so get good use of it! You can use it to upgrade your Netherite Armor or use it to make the Weapons.
Needs: IgnisAsks for:Ignitium Ingot
- Ignitium Armor
Ignitium is an upgrade for Netherite. You'll need an Ignitium Upgrade which is Crafted, and an Ignitium Ingot which is dropped from the Ignis. The Ignitium Helmet allows you to see clearly under Lava. The Ignitium Chestplate can combined with an Elytra. The Ignitium Leggings don't make us flame-proof, rather the Fires that are covering our bodies will go out quicker! The Ignitium Boots allow us to walk over Lava. Like Leather Boots over Powdered Snow, you can Hold Shift to lower into the Lava.
Needs: IgnitiumAsks for:Ignitium Boots,
Ignitium Chestplate,
Ignitium Helmet,
Ignitium Leggings
- The Incinerator
My personal favorite and one of the most powerful. The Incinerator can be used just like a normal Sword and Enchanted like one! But when Holding Right Click it does something no normal Sword does. When you Hold and let go of Right Click for a few seconds, massive flames will strike out of the ground in the direction you are looking at, then they will explode. It is also massive, which not just looks cool, but also gives better Range!
Needs: IgnitiumAsks for:The Incinerator
- Bulwark of the Flame
You like the Ignis' shield? Well you can make 1 of your own with Ignitium. The Bulwark of the Flame can be used like a normal Shield but also has a special effect. When Holding Right Click and Shift, letting go will let you charge at whatever is in front of you, like how goats do. Whatever gets hit will take Damage and if pinched against a wall will also get stunned. Definitely nice to have around!
Needs: IgnitiumAsks for:Bulwark of the Flame
- Gauntlet of Bulwark
The Gauntlet of Bulwark acts different from what you'd assume. Instead of bringing mobs closer it pushes them away, when Holding Right Click, and gives them Blazing Brand. Then when you release Right Click you'll charge in the direction you are looking. It's made by fusing the Gauntlet of Guard with a Bulwark of Flame in the Mechanical Fusion Anvil.
Needs: Mechanical Fusion Anvil, Bulwark of the Flame, Gauntlet of GuardAsks for:Gauntlet of Bulwark
- The Immolator
The Immolator is an Annihilator upgraded with an Ignitium Ingot within the Mechanical Fusion Anvil. These do more Damage to Mobs with Blazing Brand afflicted on them, so Blazing Grips work pretty well with it! If you have The Immolator in each Hand, you can Hold right Click to summon a Flame Strike beneath you. This will Damage all Mobs in it and explode when done as a final farewell!
Needs: Mechanical Fusion Anvil, The Annihilator, IgnitiumAsks for:The Immolator
- Blazing Grips
Blazing Grips are another Item we can make with Ignitium! It is a Curios Item that goes on your Hands. When worn, all attacks have a chance of giving the recipient Blazing Brand. This decreases Armor and Armor Toughness, and it sucks to get from the Ignis.
Needs: IgnitiumAsks for:Blazing Grips
- Ignitium Elytra Chestplate
Just combine an Ignitium Chestplate with an Elytra... that simple!
Needs: Mechanical Fusion Anvil, Ignitium ArmorAsks for:Ignitium Elytra Chestplate
