Sussy Sniffers in All the Mods 10

Sussy Sniffers is part of this pack, which ships version 1.21.1-0.1.3 of the mod (the file is sussysniffers-1.21.1-0.1.3.jar). It has been in the pack since version 0.34 or earlier, so it isn't a recent addition.^[1]

Unverified What Sussy Sniffers adds to the game could not be confirmed from the pack data available for this guide, so no features are listed here. Check in-game before relying on any details about it.

The only thing the sources show about how this mod works is a small data file. It defines an item tag called sniffer_tame, which lists Pitcher Plant and Torchflower.^[2]

The tag is set to not replace anything ("replace" is false), so it adds these entries to the tag rather than overwriting an existing list.^[2]

Unverified What the game does with the sniffer_tame tag, such as how sniffers react to these items or what taming involves, is not explained in the available sources. Nothing about machines, multiblocks, power, fluids or automation for this mod could be confirmed either.

This mod has no tier ladder that the sources for this pack confirm. The only concrete data is an item tag called sniffer_tame, so this section stays short.^[2]

The sniffer_tame tag

The mod's sniffer_tame item tag lists Pitcher Plant and Torchflower. The tag is set not to replace existing entries, so it adds to anything else that uses the same tag instead of wiping it out.^[2]

Unverified The sources here do not show any quest or crafting recipe for this mod in the pack, so no progression path or tier breakdown can be confirmed. Check the pack's quest book and in-game recipe viewer if you want to be sure. This site does hold All the Mods 10's own recipes, read from the pack itself: look the item up in the item browser.

Sussy Sniffers has been in the pack for a long time. It was already included by All the Mods 10 0.34 or earlier, and All the Mods 10 8.2 ships version 1.21.1-0.1.3 of the mod.^[1]

Pack releases that updated the mod

• All the Mods 10 2.40: updated from 1.21.1-0.1.1 to 1.21.1-0.1.2.^[3]
• All the Mods 10 4.1: updated from 1.21.1-0.1.2 to 1.21.1-0.1.3, the version still shipped in 8.2.^[1][4]

Unverified What actually changed inside the mod between these versions is unverified, because the pack changelogs only list the version bumps and no changelogs for the shipped jars are stored.
