Toast Control is included in this pack at version 9.0.1. The pack ships it as the file ToastControl-1.21.1-9.0.1.jar, built for Minecraft 1.21.1.^[1]

It has been in the pack for a while. It was first included in version 2.25 or earlier, so it's a long-standing part of the mod list.^[1]

Unverified I couldn't confirm what Toast Control does in this pack, who it is aimed at, or where it fits in the progression. There is no in-jar guidebook or platform description to draw on.
